About Ville Marie Online

Villemarieonline.com is administered by the English Speaking Catholic Council of Montreal. We are grateful to all our partners who help us run this site. We also have partners and services that help us run the site and write articles. We advise you to use services such as prime-essay.net visit https://prime-essay.net

It has developed out of a need voiced by lay faithful in the diocese for an e-space where the community can read its news, share its views and engage in conversation stimulated by, though in no way narrowly limited to, the experience of being an English-speaking Catholic in Montreal. Like the historic birthplace after which it is named, Villemarieonline is Catholic in essence but catholic in its welcome for all reasonable, civil, pertinent points of view. As a minority within a minority, English-speaking Montreal Catholics know what it means to hold fast to our faith and proclaim it boldly while remaining open and welcoming to those who are not – yet – part of our community.
